Verification of METLANE products

Testing has been performed on METLANE acoustical products by the independent laboratory Intertek according to the following standards:
Commercial Silencers	ASTM E477
Industrial Silencers	Industrial silencers performances meet standard ASTM E477 and are tested upon request.
Acoustical Enclosures	ASTM E90 and ASTM C423
Built-up Air Handlers	ASTM E90 and ASTM C423
Acoustical and Architectural Louvers	ASTM E90 and AMCA 500
Acoustical Screens and Walls	ASTM E90 and ASTM C423
Absorption Panels	Absorption panels performances meet standards ASTM E90 and ASTM C423 and are tested upon request.

We proceed to regular external verifications at an independent laboratory, in order to validate our researches and certify METLANE's quality for our clients.

Verification of a specific METLANE product

METLANE acoustical product performances can be tested case by case for a particular project, by an independent laboratory, to obtain a certification for a specific product.

Internal verification of METALNE products

We have access to a bench test built according to standard ASTM 477 to verify our products. This allows us to continuously validate our acoustical and aeraulic calculations. Allowing for better performance and the best quality-price ratio.

We are also building a new internal bench test to help improve our verification, in conjunction with our external verifications.

CCA Certification

We also have "Gold Seal" certification from the Canadian Construction Association due to our large experience and capacity to manage large-scale projects.
